Created by Kevin Christensen and Anthony Parisi, "Cataclysmo" is a zany time travel serial in the vein of the old "Buck Rogers" and "Flash Gordon" adventures. In the series' first season, heroes Johnny and Bucky travelled back in time to stop a disaster called Cataclysmo. Along the way, they met the beautiful Samantha and the maniacal Dr. Crankshaft. Their failure to stop Cataclysmo leads to the action-packed events in season two.

The web series, which airs on WebSerials.com and is syndicated on YouTube gathered an average of 50,000 viewers a week. "Cataclysmo" has also been recommended by a variety of critics and publications including the LA Times. YouTube’s editors called the show one of "the best dramas the web has to offer."
